Hi John,

You can use the electronic cigarette as often as you use a regular cigarette. You can switch at any time to regular cigarettes - as this is not like the patch. Because you inhale the nicotine it is delivered the same way as smoking. It will give you immediate satisfaction, and will wear out of your system the same way cigarettes do.

So yes, you can use this all the time, but you can also use it in places where smoking is not allowed.

will you be adding the dse-901 to the njoy line in the future? I like that model better and would love to be able to buy them at walgreens when they start selling the NJOY's there

Hi Joshua,

I'm not entirely sure what parts you bought when you got them all separate.

I do highly recommend the starter kits as all the parts are covered for a full year, and when you order online you have a whole month to try the unit and return it if you aren't happy - even after it has been used. It comes with sample cartridges as well which you wouldn't have to replace.

You may want to call the customer service and leave a message if you don't get through right away.

I just recently got the npro, after some frustration and DISjoy (lol) i found that you have to hold the device at a downward angle to get maximum smoke. I was having problems with it working and it was also discharging the nicotine solution into my mouth. So i held it down, and now it working great. I just wish the cartridges were a little more accessible.

rich: the clear rubbery piece pulls off the cartrage and then ther tan part goes on the npro. The clear part is like a cork or cap for the cartridge so it doesnt dry out.

I can't figure out how to insert the cartridge in my NPRO NJoy. I pull off the tan part (I think this is where the cartrige goes), but the cartridge is skinny on one end and fatter on the other. I can't put the tan part (the part the goes in your mouth) back on the NPRO because the fat part of the cartidge is too big. What am I doing wrong?

I just got my npro black and it seems a litle weird. It gurgles when i "drag" on it. and it doesnt light up or produce a mist about 50% of the time. There are also holes in the gold rings between the atomizer and the batt, and the unit seems to work better if one of them is obstructed with your finger. I think the pressure sensor that tells the atomizer to go on is not sensitive enough. What have you all found? What can i do to correct these issues? Does Njoy have a FAQ or forum page?
