Oh No! My Atomizer!

My atomizer took a turn for the worse on my electric cigarette.

I got up for my morning coffee and e-cig, and the coffee was fine, but there was no smoke.  I thought at first maybe I needed a new cartridge, so I replaced it.  Still, no smoke.  Then I thought maybe something was wrong with the battery.  Nope.

A feeling of despair came over me.  I had felt so good, and really had stuck to just my electronic cigarette.

As much as I have cut back on smoking, I am not completely weened from nicotine. But with my electronic cigarette I was able to continue working in one place.  I had not seen or smelled a dirty ashtray in days.

Luckily for me, I purchased an NJOY.  I knew I was covered with their one year warranty.  I knew they would fix this problem.

I had been planning to order a second electronic cigarette to use with the no nicotine cartridges, and had been delaying.  So now I needed to call in.

I talked to Jim at NJOY and he was extremely accomodating.  He assured me he would have a replacement atomizer on it’s way immediately.  I ordered a second NJOY as well.  I realize now that it will be beneficial in more ways than one.

But for the time being, I was still going to have to cover myself for a couple of days and resort back to cigarettes.  I was not happy about having to shell out the extra money.

After visiting the store, I went to light up and I was so disgusted.  The taste was dirty and the smoke felt heavy.  We have a smoking area in the basement – and it was back to there for me.  While I could resort to regular cigarettes, it just was an awful feeling.  I did notice one thing – the pack lasted me a really long time as I could not smoke an entire cigarette in one sitting.

A couple days later my new atomizer finally arrived.  It probably would have come sooner, but I’m currently in a very remote area.  I was so relieved, and anxious to return to my new normal feeling.

I also was excited over the arrival of my new NJOY.  I got the black one.  I have to say, it looks even better than in the pictures.  Very stylish and classy.

I feel very confident now – and know with the back-up I will always be prepared.  I can also say I am extremely happy with NJOY’s customer service and warranty.

    I am now in the same boat as you when your atomizer quit. Called the company this morning and no one has called me back yet, as we are in different time zones. Does the atomizer have to dry out between cartridges? Can you not leave a cartridge in the atomizer? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Reset Button, like where ?

    I hear you- I’m on the east coast. Try giving a call later and if you have any problems just leave a quick comment here and I’ll help you out;)

    I have had orders for cartridges arrive in less than 24 hours -

    I’m in the process of moving this week, but in the next few weeks I want to try to set up some inventory for emergency. I’ll be shooting out a message when this is all set up.

    Just talked with Jim and they are getting me a new atomizer out right away. Thank you for all your help. I just wish I didn’t have to smoke cigarettes until it gets here. Will be ordering another kit pronto, so I have one on hand.

    Just a little tesimonial,I am a Long haul truck driver and much to my dismay, everyone in my family is now nonsmokers.(wife quite 6yrs ago cold turkey) I noticed the Njoy product being sold at the Pilot truck stops and took a chance and bought the npro kit. After a week the atomizer went belly up (thought I wore it out) called Njoy and they sent a replacement. In the meantime I purchased the Ncig and am using it right now. My son and his wife (now nonsmokers) tried mine with the no nicotine cartridge and are going to get one too! I am so pleased with this product that I called Njoy back and left a msg to the marketing person that I am interested in being a distributor (Have plenty of outlets that would probably carry the product). That was over a week ago and have no call from Njoy. I need a source of second income and this could be the answer. Do you have a contact I can get a hold of?
    P.S. I live in the Northwest.
